What Diamond Nail Spa offers

Diamond Nail Spa is listed as a nail salon, with beauty salon as a secondary category. Reviewers name a range of nail services: a manicure with tips, a dip powder manicure, a gel classic pedicure, an acrylic set and a mini spa pedicure.

The reviews suggest a mix of first-time visitors who came on a friend's recommendation and returning clients. One reviewer went with her daughter, and another brought reference photos to show the nail technician what she wanted.

What customers say about Diamond Nail Spa

Cleanliness comes up in four of the five review excerpts. Reviewers describe the salon as very clean and beautiful inside, and one says the staff are generally friendly. Two reviews from 2 years ago give 5 stars: one says a manicure with tips came out better than the reference pictures, and the other reports reasonable prices and that staff addressed all of the reviewer's concerns.

One review from 4 months ago names Ada as the technician, says her nails felt beautiful, and says the reviewer plans to book with her every time.

Some reviews are critical. One review from 3 months ago, rated 4 stars, says an acrylic set did not fit the natural nails and left gaps along the edges, and that the mini spa pedicure was decent but too short. A 2-star review from 2 years ago describes about 7 visits, most of them unsatisfying, including a pedicure where the nails were not cleaned and several poor finishes.

I loved the place, very clean. I am a bit unsatisfied with my nails. I got a set and the nails aren’t quite fitted to my natural nails so I can feel my natural nails on the sides. Also my main issue was that it wasn’t adhered to my natural nails fully so there are gaps which has allowed things to go between my natural nails and the acrylic. My mini spa pedicure was decent, would’ve liked a longer massage and better scrubbing on sides of my feet. My daughter got her first nail set which was done beautifully. But her toe polish was coming off after not even 2 days. It had been 2 weeks and most of them have come off at this point. Mine are chipping as well. Normally my pedicure polish could last for months, even if it’s not gel polish! I don’t remember our techs names but they were kind, Irene especially. She was definitely my favorite. I’d love to go back again but not sure yet.

I’ve been told by several friends to go here and now I see why. Ada made my nails feel so beautiful and she did so perfectly. I’ll be seeing her every single time. I can’t express how happy me and my daughter were leaving here

I REALLY wanted to like this place, it's beautiful inside, clean, and generally speaking the staff are friendly. I came here maybe 7 times total and have left unsatisfied most of those times. I got a pedicure and they didn't even clean the nails unfortunately, so when I got home I finished up the job. Multiple times I've had really horrible finishes, like the pictures attached. I've definitely had at least 2 really great manicures so it's likely important to know who to request. I chose color #38 in hopes of having a nice neutral color. The finished product was horribly textured (bumpy and streaked). The nail shape was awkward. I could not believe they were willing to let me leave like that. Even with an appointment I've had to wait up to 40 mins for my turn. The way they remove gel is essentially filing it off and it's really done an awful number on my nails, they're shredded after 2-3 manicures. A friend of mine got the Gel X (something like that) extensions and half of them popped off within the following few days. One of the nail techs is incredibly talented with design so I absolutely hate to leave such a negative review but I truly cannot recommend this place based on my overall experience.

Love, love, LOVE! It was my first time there (a little over a month ago, early birthday treat to myself) and my mani with tips looked absolutely ✨ PERFECT ✨... It came out better than the reference pics I gave him! Nail tech was so skilled and also super patient with me because I was partially glued to my phone (phone on table, me tapping on it with my free hand 😅) answering clients. (I tried to pay attention the best I could to be prepared for hand switches and such.) Such a sweetie! The place is beautiful inside and parking is only like $1. Easy enough to find. Planning to go back today. My nails lasted just under a month then one finally popped off. (Replaced with press-ons in the meantime.) Now I want to try their pedicures. 😍 10/10 recommend Diamond Spa! ✨ Update: Just got out of my second appointment. Opted for the French powder gel (but chose sparkles! ✨instead of white) and I guess the price online wasn't correct, so I was sad to pay a little extra, but the nail tech I had (Fanny) was so professional and did an incredible job. 🥰 I still left a good tip because of how efficient and lovely she was. It's a bit of a pricey place, but totally worth it. Bonus for the free shoulder rub while my nails set under the UV lamps, because they always hurt.

Today was my first time going to Diamond Nail Spa. My close friend suggested I go there to get my nails and toes done because the usual place I go to was closed. I got a dip powder manicure and a gel classic pedicure. The prices were reasonable and the entire place was very clean. They addressed all my concerns and my nails came out great! I will definitely be coming back. (Update: i have continued to come back here & Sabrina is my go to girl. She does an AMAZING JOB!
